Planning Fee
This planning fee includes all services listed in our 6 step planning process below, tailored to your unique travel style and budget. Please note, all planning fees are none refundable.
For travel involving multiple households of families or friends travelling together, and multi destination itineraries lasting more than three weeks, including round the world trips.

Quick Hello
If you're new to us, we'll start with a quick hello call. We'll listen to your travel plans and answer any initial questions you might have.

Contract
We will email you a planning fee payment link and schedule a consultation by phone or video call.

Consultation
The aim of our 60-90 minute consultation is to get to know you, and your unique travel style. We'll discuss your ideas in detail to gain a clear understanding of your vision before the planning process begins.

Travel Planning
We will present you with a full itinerary including travel, and options for accommodation and activities. We will work with you on adjusting the details until we reach your perfect itinerary and confirm your booking.

Concierge
We'll take care of all your concierge needs. We will suggest restaurants and make reservations on your behalf, advise on not to be missed experiences, and use our contacts to elevate your stay.

Support
We are on hand for you from the moment we are first in touch until you return home. Should anything unexpected occur during your travels, we are only a phone call, WhatsApp message or email away.
