How we work
Our service is bespoke and thorough from the very first moment that we are in touch. With no off the shelf itineraries we are not a transactional travel agent and offer a completely different service from booking yourself online.
Here we explain the process of working with us, your own consultative travel advisor and the added value you will experience along the way.

Consultation
As we design every holiday from scratch around our clients, it is important that we get to know you and understand your holiday requirements and preferences in detail before we start planning.
Book an initial consultation with Amy over the phone, video call or in person.

Planning Fees
After our initial conversation, if you decide that you would like us to go ahead and start the planning process, we charge a small, none refundable planning fee of £250-£500 depending on the duration and complexity of your trip.

Planning Process
We will use our expertise and little black book of contacts to design your holiday itinerary completely from scratch. We will discuss ideas with you and keep you informed throughout the process. We will start with the main elements of your holiday (dates, duration, destination, hotels, transfers, logistics). Once you are happy with the outline, we will dive into the fine details such as bed configurations, hotel special requests, research into the local area, excursions, restaurant/golf/spa reservations, guides etc. We know how to ensure that you get the best value for money and this is also a top priority when planning your travel.

Post Booking Process
We are on hand for you, 24/7. Should you need anything at all whilst on holiday, we are contactable via Whatsapp, phone or email. This could be additional concierge planning such as day trips, logistical assistance such as rearranging transfer pick up times to meet a flight schedule change or in the event of a family emergency or any type of crisis, you can contact us, anytime.
Once you arrive home we will have a follow up conversation to hear your feedback. It is through this full, consultative process that we get to know you and are in a position to recommend hotels and resorts in the future that we know you and your family will love.
